Design Notes
1. The eforRED domain and the DocI domain are interspaced with a short GS linker (GGGGS)1, to avoid the interference of DocI:CohI interaction by eforRED chromoprotein.
2. The DocI domain is situated on the C terminal of the fusion construct whilst the eforRED chromoprotein is situated at the N terminal.
3. The fusion protein is designed to prove the high-affinity of DocI:CohI interaction.
